How to play

At the beginning of each round, a few obstacles are placed randomly across the board, and you are given three free block placements before the pig begins moving. Once active play begins, you place exactly one stone block per turn, after which the pig takes a single step toward its nearest escape point. To win, you must form an unbroken ring of stone walls around the pig, leaving it with nowhere left to run.

Strategy and tips

• Build wide boundaries first: Placing blocks right next to the pig usually fails because it can easily swerve around a single tile. Instead, place blocks two or three spaces away to establish broad containment lines.
• Connect existing obstacles: Take advantage of the pre-placed boulders on the board. Linking two existing obstacles requires fewer turns than building a new wall from scratch.
• Anticipate the shortest route: The pig always seeks the path of least resistance to the edge. When you block its primary path, identify its second-best escape route and seal that off next.
• Create dead ends: Guide the pig toward areas where natural barriers already limit movement, making it easy to trap with a final closing block.
